CREAM membership is open to all who practice in the commercial real estate industry and meet the following requirements: Have a sponsoring member; Attend two lunch meetings prior to membership approval; Application approved by Board of Directors at our by-monthly board meeting. 

The dues are $75 annually and provide members with discounts to all CREAM functions and can promote your business on the online CREAM membership directory.
